At Red Kite Preschool we believe our teachers are our most important asset.  In practice, that means we ensure our staff have the resources they need to do their jobs – regular non-contact time, investment in their professional development and a say in the resources we buy.  We offer mentoring for both qualified and non-qualified staff, with plenty of support in achieving and maintaining New Zealand teacher certification. We want our teachers to be growing in their profession, with career pathways available to them and the knowledge that they are supported and valued by the centre management.
